Gather at USO Kinser to decorate cookies for the holidays with Tinsle the Elf! Cookies and cookie decorating supplies were provided by Santa himself (USO Kinser did their best to keep the cookies away from all the reindeer).

Tinsle will be joining us Tuesday, December 21st virtually from the North Pole! from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
