USO Camp Foster's 2021 Reception and Orientation Brief

The JRC’s mission is to receive and provide in-processing, orientation, and billeting for all Marines who arrive on Okinawa that are in ranks E5 & below and unaccompanied. USO Camp Foster informs and engages with the service members that are new to the island about USO Okinawa programs and services.
